Welcoming Bum Genius into Lil Princess CD stash~

Alhamdulillah...today I purchase a preloved Bum Genius AIO from mybabysell.com. The owner was super nice that she agreed on a bargained price where she actually sent it direct to my house. I had a long chat with her, yer la...org ada minat yang sama...so banyak la ceritanya. Macam dah kenal lama la pulak.

Haa..ni la gambar pre loved Bum Genius tu. Mmg masih baru since tuan punya pakai 2-3 kali je since the owner prefer velcro type. Dalam berbual punya berbual, then dia mentioned kat i yang Grovia skrg ada sale at 50% off. I dah check it out tapi i can't purchase anymore dah cause the CD stash is building up. Tapi if dpt free x apa la..hehe. Thanx for the info anyway.

Seronok jugak jual beli pre loved cd ni, cause dpt jumpa with org yg ada interest yg sama. So byk yg nak dibualkan. Hari tu i jual my preloved cd , org tu pregnant lagi...so i explain  panjang lebar kat dia. Mmg puas hati la dpt borak pasal benda yg kita suka with these people. So, kesimpulannya cloth diapering ne mmg byk kebaikanya!

Salam...hari ni last day Lil Princess g nursery cause next year onwards I ambik maid. Sedih jugak rasa cause Lil Princess mmg rapat with everyone dkt nursery dia especially orang yang jaga dia. Aunty yang jaga dia tadi nampak mcm nak nangis bila I amek Lil Princess. Dia cium Lil Princess banyak kali, sebak jugak la i tgk. Ye la, dia jaga Lil Princess dari Lil princess 3 months sampai la sekarang. Mesti ada rasa rindu between them.

Masa i inform owner nursery pun, dia sedih. Anak dia mcm nak nangis bila tau Lil Princess nak berhenti. Wah, terharu kot. Kalau ikutkan hati, i mmg tak nak ambik maid. Tapi keadaan tak mengizinkan cause banyak kerja rumah tak terbuat. Mmg sangat letih cause balik dari kerja, kena buat kerja rumah and jaga Lil Princess. So, mau tak mau, ambik maid jugak la. Anyway, i would like to thank semua kakitangan Idealis Bestari for making my mind at ease masa i pergi kerja for the past 5 months. Thank you jugak sbb jaga my daughter seikhlas hati korang. I pray that Idealis Bestari Day Care will be more successful in the future. Amin.

I am strongly recommending this day care for those yang duduk area Bukit Jelutong ;)

Alhamdulillah, finally these two cd's yang i tunggu dah sampai together with my bamboo liner. Cuma ada 3 AI2 Bamboolite i order dari sweetlunashop.blogspot.com lagi tak sampai coz pre-order. Bamboo liner i purchase from Littlepreciousgarden.com. I think its the only place yang jual bamboo liner kot.

Hadoiyai~ sekarang ada 32 cd's collection and i should stop buying! Tapi i ada eyeing on one Bum Genius pre love cd at mybabysell.com. This is also where I purchase Rumparooz preloved cd.

Hehe, hari tu masa blog walking i terjumpa www.mumsluvbaby.com. Ada stock clearance and ternampak Mama Little Helper cd and tinggal satu. Apa lagi, i pun tolong dia clearkan stock la...

Tak sabar nak pakaikan Lil Princess with her new cd's. Yer la, bukan apa, brand yang tak pernah pakai, nak tgk jugak mcm mana. Tapi cutting Rumparooz mcm kecik je..harap2 la muat kat Lil Princess. I suka betul ngan print dia. Mama Little Helper pulak besar and dia punya wing mcm tak berapa kemas. Tapi tak nak complaint banyak sbb mmg beli harga murah pun ;)

Holiday@balik kampung~

Alhamdulillah, syukur. In 4 more days we will be flying off for our holiday in Kota Kinabalu! Yeay! Can't wait to celebrate new year in Kundasang. Mesti sejuk grrrr~ Can't hardly wait also to return home, dah lama tak balik. Tick tock tick tock...the clock is ticking, I'd better pick our things.
P/S: Comel je boarding pass Lil Princess, harap2 la she will enjoy the flight. Hehe ;)

I need a break!

This post is all about me...about how im feeling now. Yes, not so good. Nothing to do with my family...everything is fine on that side. It's just unhappiness about my career, or should i say JOB? okay, these two words makes a lot of difference kan. I mmg feel miserable about my job, dah bertahan in that company for almost 2 years.

I really thing I need to leave since nothing changes for the past 2 years. I want to do better in my career, I really want to do something different. I really want a boss that would understand and support the ideas that I have. But that's not happening currently. I really pray hard that next year 2013 will bring me better luck in my career. Harap-harap dapat kerja baru with a better company and boss.

Ya Allah, Kau permudahkan la urusanku dan murahkan la rezeki hamba mu ini. Amin...

Anyway, can't wait for our holiday next week..yeay! i really need a break from all the nonsense in the office~

Lunatots, Little Buddy & Bamboolite Cloth Diaper Review~

*Wink* Okay, buying cloth diaper is like an addiction. You akan selalu rasa excited bila nampak CD yang nice and cute. And there you go...purchase them. Tapi I tak simply purchase CD's la. I will do a research about them and read review about the CD's first before borong them. Price pun penting coz its like an indicator whether the brand is reliable or not. Senang citer, purchase CD yang harga dia sederhana and have good reviews.

Okay, my first review will be about Lunatots CD's --> All In One, AI2 and pocket. All of them come with microfleece material and now I found out that Lil Princess is allergic to it.  This CD mmg ada quality as for jahitan dia kemas and mmg ssh nak bocor. Cuma yeah..I have to think of a solution to settle ke alahan Lil princess towards the microfleece material. Finally I found a simple solution from Littlepreciousgarden.com. They sell bamboo liner, so I can alas the microfleece material with the bamboo liner. Good idea LPG!

Yang AIO tu...agak senang bocor, so I mmg kena tambah booster. AI2, practical dari segi laundry la. Mmg kurang laundry sbb shell dia boleh pakai up to 6 hours. Pocket CD dia okay...cuma nampak mcm panas sikit kain dia...tak sure la...sbb Lil Princess yang pakai, bukan I hehe. Tapi dari segi nak adjust size mmg senang sbb ada butang tu..



Little Buddy pulak, I purchased when I was so pregnant. But I started using them when Lil Princess was about 6 months, means 2 months ago. This CD is okay, material bamboo charcoal, easy to wash and jahitan dia pun agak kemas. Tapi problem dia is, cutting dia mcm a little bit too small for my daughter. I don't know about other babies, tapi this CD ketahanan dia around 1-2 hours je dgn my daughter. If lebih, bocor...jadi kena la pakai booster.


Bamboolite I purchase because my daughter hari tu ada rashes sbb alah pada microfleece. So, end up I borong bamboo CD's (Bamboolite) and yes, Lil Princess mmg sesuai with the material. No more rashes. Material dia sangat lembut and jahitan dia kemas. Kekurangan dia is nak adjust size kat tepi kaki tu leceh sikit. Especially kalau ada anak 2- 3 orang bercd, jenuh nak adjust size.


Sedar tak sedar...I actually bought 29 CD's already and 1 CD is free from Pa & Ma. So altogether ada 30 CD. Banyak la pulak...and the list are as follow:

How I handle nappy rash...

Alhamdulillah!Syukur...yes, finally Lil Princess is free from that nasty nappy rash that she got last week. All the troubleshooting with my beloved cloth diapers are successful! Okay, this is base on my experience...if your child encounter with a nappy rash...go see a doctor.

I am very sure the doctor will advice pakaikan anak lampin and angin-anginkan selalu. Then dia akan bagi rash cream yg kebanyakannya ada steroid. Hmm...kay at least itu la jawapan dan action yang I akan dapat dari doctors everytime Lil Princess kena rashes.

As I mentioned previously, Lil Princess got a nasty nappy rash last week and ubat doctor tak jln. Nappy rash tu siap ada kat tangan n muka case after Lil Princess garu sana...dia garu sana and sini.So the germ spread la. So I think this cannot be happening...so I did some trouble shooting on my cloth diapers:

1) Strip wash all the cloth diapers.
2) Use Herbal blend cream from Shaklee
3) Use bamboo cloth diapers
4) Use Raw Silk Liner
5) Use CJ Butter Plus formula cream
6) Use EUBOS soap during bath and tonyoh sabun kat situ

Haaa ni la gambar sebahagian dari barang-barang yang I mentioned needed to heal a nasty nappy rash.

 Then....RASH pun disappear. I x expect her to heal this fast, tapi alhamdulillah she did. This is her picture happy free from nappy rash. Siap main gendang lagi, hehe. Picture was taken yesterday evening~

2nd Wedding Anniversary!

Malam tadi hubby brought Lil Princess and I for dinner in Tony Roma's to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary which is tommorow (18/12). Wah, seronok sangat evendo cuma celebrate kat Tony Roma's Setia City Mall je. Hehe, tapi I really had fun and the best of all, Lil Princess behave. Macam tau je parents dia nak sambut wedding anniversary.

Hehe...lepas makan we all jalan-jalan sekejap kat Setia City Mall and hubby got us this...

A nice weekly planner for the whole family. Boleh write on it with marker pen or simply put sticky notes on it. Hubby also got us a so called "magic box" where we hide all the wires and cables and stuffs inside here. So Lil Princess can't get hold of the wires and cables anymore...

Hehe all in all it was fun! Thank you sayang for a great night out!Happy second anniversary, love you loads...XOXO~

Stripwash Cloth Diaper~

Hmm...I mmg confuse and bingung cause Lil Princess develop a nasty rash kat her punggung. Dah pakai cloth diaper tapi rash dia makin teruk. So last-last I sapu Herbal Blend cream dari Shaklee baru la improve. Betul la orang kata cream ne miracle. Setuju 100%. Dah dua kali cream ni menyelamatkan keadaan, dulu sekali masa Lil Princess kena eczema, and now when Lil Princess develop rash. Ni la rupa cream tu, just in case you all nak tau. Tapi if nak letak cream, alas ngan liner takut cloth diaper nanti tak meresap pulak.

Then the next thing, maybe cloth diaper yang i cuci tu tak bersih, atau ada mold sbb keadaan sekarang ni lembap and susah nak dapat cahaya matahari. So after googling and searching, finally I decided to stripwash almost all Lil princess punya cloth diaper with Sunlight and warm water. I isi semua insert dalam baldi and isi air suam before adding Sunlight. Lepas add Sunlight, rendam dalam 10 minutes, then tonyoh lembut semua insert. After that bilas before masukkan dalam washing machine. Jangan tambah detergent. Saja nak bilas Sunlight tadi. Even after dah kuar dari washing machine pun masih ada bau Sunlight. So I hope, lepas ni masalah rashes ni will go away la.

Lagi satu maybe jugak Lil Princess allergic to microfleece. So I pun purchase bamboo cloth diapers and raw silk material dari Bamboolite. Hopefully Lil Princess punya nasty rash heal soon. I also ordered cloth diaper friendly rash cream dari Bamboolite. The reason I chose Bamboolite this time cause they sell natural stuff. So nanti I akan buat review about this cloth diaper. Korang boleh purchase this at Bamboolite.com

I berdoa agar my cloth diapering journey lepas ni tak ada hiccup lagi dah. Bukan apa, seronok bercloth diaper ne, tapi if it cause rashes tak seronok la kan...this is my trouble shooting to find out apa sebenarnya penyebab rashes Lil Princess ne. Pic kat bawah ne, are all the CDs that I dah stripwash.

Jemur kat dalam okay...bawah kipas lagi sebab nak make sure they are dried and nak elak dari lembap. Bukan apa, takut ada mold pulak dah....CD ni kekurangan dia is dia agak fragile and needs special care. Mesti you guys were wondering, why so much effort on cloth diapering? The answer is because these are the healthier choice since it is safe, no chemicals such as the ones in disposable diapers, boleh tolong kurangkan sampah kt dunia and can save money! Go cloth diapers!Haha~

Lil Princess is growing up~

Wah...time flies...now Lil Princess dah nak masuk 8 months and alhamdulillah I am still breastfeeding her without the help of formula milk. Alhamdulillah, all the efforts untuk maintain susu berjaya. I just hope that in January, I still have a place to nurse. Sebabnya office nak renovate la pulak, sayang sungguh, susu ada, tapi tempat nak pump tak ada. What a waste!

Anyway, this entry is to update about perkembangan Lil Princess. Hehe, hari tu masa I tengah masak bubur untuk dia, dia nangis-nangis kat high chair dia sebab lapar and ngantuk sangat kot. Tapi I ignore je dia menangis. Sekali tetiba je senyap...look what happen. Hopefully Lil Princess won't do this in school...hehe~

Alalalala....kesian pulak tengok dia mcm ni...tak sampai hati. So after I took this pitcha, I letak dia atas katil.

Then sekarang ne, since she can climb and stand on her own, favorite spot dia is depan TV. Dia suka tutup TV and I jadi tukang bukak TV. Sabar je la....hehe.

Yer, dia tekan-tekan keyboard computer and guna mouse lagi. Hehe...apa-apa pun, Lil Princess is officially my best friend. Love you girl.XOXO~

Lunatots Sharing Session~

Wah seronoknya hari ne pergi sharing session kat Lunatots Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras with tetamu kehormat, my Lil Princess. On the way there to boleh sesat pulak, but nasib baik Lil Princess tak meragam kaw-kaw. Nangis sikit-sikit saja mungkin sbb cuaca panas.

We reach Lunatots at 10am tepat! Hehe...Masa sharing session ne I actually get to meet the famous Puan Suraya in front on my eyes. She was such a gentle and fun person and I enjoyed her talk. Unfortunately she have to leave due to another meeting. Her replacement pun not bad jugak. Banyak ilmu pengetahuan on natural parenting. Thanks Lunatots, I gain a lot of useful knowledge today...berharganya ilmu pengetahuan. I pray that Lunatots will be more success in the future.

Hehe...dalam hal sibuk dengar-dengar talk tu...Lil Princess tk duduk diam. Ada la meragam sikit-sikit but not so bad. Agaknya sbb ada ramai kengkawan dia kat sana. Kat bawah ni gambar Lil Princess jadi model babywearing...hehehe.

We left at around 2.30pm and lucky me, Lil Princess tetido in her car seat. Journey home was a peaceful one. Love you loads Lil Princess...you are officially mum's best friend. Hehe.

Hubby's family gathering! 8 Dec 2012!

Semalam, Saturday, my beloved hubby did his family gatherings. So he invited all his cousins to our home. It was such a fun. We actually also celebrated his nephew's birthday too. Mmg seronok la tgk dorang gather ramai-ramai and catching up. Mmg kecoh! and some of them tote that we just moved in and actually hadiah kan kitarang with lampu ceiling. Hehe...thanks anyway ;) hehe...all in all semalam was such a fun and lil princess pun tak nak ketinggalan bermain with her cousins and second cousins... hope we can do this again someday. Thanks for coming everyone!

Hari ni Lil Princess 7 months and 2 weeks old, lebih kurang la. First time masa dia berdiri sendiri lepas memanjat was 4 days ago mcm tu...was so shocked...hehe. Today pulak, when I was about to take my bath and I dah agak, if letak dalam baby cot sure dia akan menangis mcm kena pukul. So i put her in a standing position and i put lots of bantal around, just in case she falls. Surprisingly, lepas mandi, she was still at the same position. Wah break record nampak...lama jugak dia boleh berdiri....kekeke...tengok ni...

Sempat posing okay? sabar je anak dara I sorang ne...

Eh...cik kak gigit apa tu...gatal gusi ke?

Hehe...lepas ne nak tgk dia pandai buat apa pulak...kekeke 2 hari lepas dia gerak-gerakkan tangan bila nyanyi lagu Twinkle Twinkle Little Star....ni mesti keje nursery ne....ni lah salah satu kebaikan anta anak ke nursery...formal education konon....hehe

Hehe, today I coti cause batuk and selsema yang melampau...ada ke patut doktor suspek denggi...tak pasal2 aku kena monitor myself until Friday, tapi esok ttp pergi kerja okay? hehe anyway...been really busy so mmg tak ada time pulak nak blogging. Kali ni I nak blog about contest. Yeah, rs mcm contest freak pulak nowadays. Pantang nampak contest, semua I bedal je. Tapi maybe ada orang lagi rajin join mcm2 contest dr I yang baru nak berjinak-jinak ne...hehe

1) Zahrah join contest Wear Lunatots Cloth Diaper. Hmm if menang dapat voucher RM 100, wow boleh beli banyak benda tu...since i mmg bercadang nk 100% cloth diaper dia bila maid i sampai nanti...insyallah

2) Zahrah join bayi bulan ini majalah PA & MA. Ends up with 24,018 votes kalau tak silap. Rasa yang ini tak menang kot, sbb baby lain ada yang vote dorang berjuta...hehe. Saja je join pun...tumpang glamer...

3) Zahrah join Pa & Ma si manja fotogenik masa 4th Maternity and Children Expo 2012 hari tu. If menang dapat hadiah bernilai RM 25,000. Wow banyak tu...tapi I pun tatau result dia...hahaha. Kalau tak dapat pun tak apa, janji glamer. Hahaha...nak tergelak teringat hari tu..pintu expo tak bukak lagi, parents beria-ia tunggu depan pintu. Once pintu bukak je, semua berlari mcm ada jogathon je. I pun join sama, pecut tak hengat, just to get a number for my lil princess so that dia boleh join contest ni. Sabar je...

4) Last sekali I join contest Lunatots cloth diaper dalam majlah Pa & Ma, ada rezeki menang hadiah amount RM 9999. Banyak tu...saja cuba-cuba nasib. Mana tau rezeki kan...

So to all, kalau rasa mcm nak save some money boleh la try join contest jugak mcm I. Saja cuba nasib...mana tau...rezeki kita pulak kan....Insyallah...amin!
